This Bed Camera is an Upgrade for your 2017 to 2022 model year F250, F350 and F450+ for vehicles already equipped with a bed camera.

2023 and 24 model year is compatible however with the new IPMB module that lacks the video bandwidth processing of the previous generation. This causes our image to have approximately the same resolution as OEM and we do not recommend as an “upgrade”.

The 17-24 OE cameras are known across the Ford community for the horrible video quality. Our camera is a complete Plug-and-Play replacement for your current factory camera and is designed and assembled by a U.S. Company. The image sensors we use have a much greater surface area and size over factory and are as close to High-Definition as you can get for this type of video signal. Because of this you will see much better detail. Viewing through this camera is a much more natural look with less lens distortion over the factory camera making it much easier to hook up your 5th wheel and gooseneck trailer.

This camera does not have the pixelated white and black guideline and the factory bed camera zoom function does not work. However, at near High-Definition you will have all the detail you need to make it easier for hookups. Take it from our customers “Zoom feature was necessary with the OE camera because it was the only way you could see anything, it’s not really necessary with the new one.”

You will greatly benefit from a much better contrast, picture quality, low light performance and much better lens distortion. This does also not affect the 360 or “birds-eye” view.
